Booking conditions


To make a reservation you need to provide a name, exact dates of arrival and departure and telephone number. Requests for reservations for accommodation and / or services are made in one of the following ways:

Offer and Reservation


The offer is prepared individually upon request. The offer is valid only for the inquiring client for the term specified in it. The terms of the offer can be used by its addressee only if he accepts it within its validity period and makes a reservation for the services specified in it. An individually prepared offer is not valid for already made reservations.
A reservation (made in all possible ways) for accommodation, pre-offered at a minimum of 50% of the value of the service / unless otherwise agreed between the client and the Hotel / by bank transfer or cash at the hotel MARIA PALACE is considered guaranteed.
  4 * *. The rest of the amount of your entire reservation can be paid on the spot at the hotel.
For reservations including a period of accommodation during national or international holidays, special offers or packages prepared by the Hotel, a reservation prepaid at 100% / one hundred percent / of the value of the accommodation by bank transfer or cash is considered confirmed.
Accommodation at the Hotel is done by presenting personal documents proving the identity of the client who made the reservation, a document proving the payment of the advance amount and a confirmation or voucher for accommodation.

In case the client wishes to be provided with additional services outside the accommodation or has specific requirements regarding food, accommodation, etc., he must state them when submitting the reservation request. The hotel will do everything possible to satisfy them, but does not unconditionally guarantee their implementation

 

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION


Free cancellation: up to 14 days before the date of check-in
Late cancellation: cancellation later than 14 days before the date of accommodation, 1st and 2nd night will be charged
No-Show (non-appearance of the client on the date of accommodation / use of the service) or leaving before the agreed: the 1st and 2nd night will be charged;

If the reservation is made in groups - more than 6 people or 3 rooms and a No-Show occurs, the hotel charges a minimum of 50% of the value of the reservation.

Cancellation policy for special offers and conditions


Individual cancellation policies - in case of illness or urgent reason, cancellations are made in agreement with the hotel.

The hotel is not responsible and does not refund in case the cancellations are caused by force majeure, such as hostilities, terrorist acts, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, flight cancellations and non-arrival due to deteriorating natural conditions and other circumstances.

Arrival and departure policy


Check-in time - after 14:00. Access to the rooms is only available subject to availability at the time of arrival. Check-in before 09:00, as well as in the time range from 9:00 to 14:00, is available at a fee set by the hotel.
Check-out time is 12:00. Guests who check out between 12:00 and 18:00 pay a fee set by the hotel. Check-out after 18:00 is charged for one full night.

Rules for staying in the hotel:

GENERAL

  • These rules have been developed on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation.

  • MARIA PALACE  4 * guarantees its guests confidentiality.

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of MARIA PALACE  4 *. In case of non-compliance with the ban, a fine in the amount of BGN 50.00 shall be imposed.

  • The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate fire safety rules, smoke in unauthorized places and do not comply with the legal requirements of the administration.

  • Reviews and recommendations on the work of the hotel can be left in the book of opinions at the reception.

  • Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month.

RULES

  • The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out is until 12.00, check-in is after 14.00.

  • The hotel operates on the basis of All Inclusive, you can get acquainted with the services included in the board, the dining hours at the reception

  • It is forbidden to take food out of the restaurant.

  • When bringing food or drinks to the restaurant, a fee is charged, which is determined according to the type of imported item.

  • The following services are free for you: ordering a taxi, waking up by phone, using Wi-Fi.

  • Please protect the property of the hotel and observe the rules of fire safety. Before leaving your room, please close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and appliances. The guest compensates the value of the damaged property in the hotel in full in accordance with the internal documents of the hotel.

  • Passing bystanders to the key card from your room is prohibited

  • Removal and removal of furniture from the rooms is not allowed

  • Parking of cars at the entrances and exits, as well as in lawns is not tolerated

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel
